About the position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in supporting a high-level executive within an investment bank. In addition to scheduling and travel planning, the Executive Assistant will be tasked with creating reports, compiling program data, conducting research projects, and preparing presentations for board meetings. The position also involves a significant amount of personal work, which could encompass a wide range of tasks, making flexibility and adaptability essential traits for the successful candidate. Responsibilities

  • Oversee calendaring and scheduling for the CEO.
  • Plan travel arrangements including corporate and personal vacations.
  • Scout locations for travel, requiring occasional trips 2-3 times a year.

  • Prepare board presentations and other necessary documentation.
  • Handle a heavy amount of personal work for the CEO, which may include various tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least five years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a corporate CEO support role.
  • Experience in personal or family support for at least three years is required.
  • Ability to work a schedule from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience with private aviation scheduling is preferred.
