About the position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides essential administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communication, and documentation. This role is pivotal in maintaining the flow of information and organization within the executive office, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and their direct reports.
  • Maintain the executive calendar and manage scheduling.
  • Handle phone calls and visitors for the executive team.
  • Perform light accounting and record keeping tasks.
  • Take meeting minutes and manage agendas for meetings.
  • Assist in managing contracts, specifically physician contracts.
  • Gather data for monthly reporting and surveys.
  • Manage the time and attendance system for Directors.
  • Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for the executive team and visitors.
  • Attend organizational committee meetings on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Four (4) years' experience in an administrative role required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ADP.
  • Experience with contracts, specifically physician contracts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Paralegal experience or a college degree is preferred.
