Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's daily schedule and assist with translation for high-level visitors.
• Oversee collections activities, including processing payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to reimbursement and present them to the supervisor.
• Monitor the department's operating budget and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and implement best practices in departmental activities.
• Delegate authority as necessary to fulfill responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Participate in surveys and company committees as requested.
• Pursue continuing education programs relevant to job responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required, preferably in psychology.
• 5 years of experience in executive administrative support.
• 5 years of experience in office management.
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the pharmacy field is preferred.
• HR experience is encouraged.
• Proficiency in Spanish is encouraged but not required.
