This role is crucial in assisting with the CEO's day-to-day operations and managing longer-term projects. The office is situated in a condo that boasts a spectacular view of the ocean, providing a unique and inspiring work environment. The assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing the CEO's real estate properties and social media accounts, which involves content creation and engagement with followers. The position requires a proactive individual who can handle administrative duties efficiently. This includes managing an active calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and fulfilling ad hoc requests as they arise. The assistant will also be expected to run errands, which necessitates having a personal vehicle. In addition to administrative tasks, the role encompasses property management responsibilities, where the assistant will coordinate routine and emergency services for the properties, such as gardening, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage a diverse workload effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as the assistant will interact with various personality types and must maintain professionalism and discretion at all times. Responsibilities
