About the position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO at Krispy Kreme plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a brand ambassador, facilitating communication and relationships both internally and externally, while also managing complex travel arrangements and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO with daily office administrative duties.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, and compile documents and materials.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Krispy Kreme and the CEO, establishing strong internal and external working relationships.
  • Make and manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas that may change on short notice.
  • Manage and submit timely expense reports.
  • Communicate on the CEO's behalf, coordinating logistics for high-level internal and external meetings.
  • Format and draft information for internal and external written communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executive level leadership in a mid to large size organization.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of travel management systems and airline/hotel programs.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
