The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Compliance Officer at Geneva General Hospital plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Finance team. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the Finance Division, which encompasses various departments including Information Services, Health Information Management, Patient Financial Services, Finance, and Revenue Cycle. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations for the Budget and Reimbursement & Accounting departments, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities that include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. While prior experience in corporate compliance is not mandatory, any relevant experience will be considered beneficial. The position is full-time and located on-site at Geneva General Hospital, with typical office hours from Monday to Friday. The Executive Assistant will also be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and must be able to think logically and make sound decisions under pressure.
