About the position

The Executive Assistant to the CFO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer of a large Health System. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the executive. The assistant will be responsible for calendar management, travel planning, expense and invoice management, and internal communications, while also fostering continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CFO with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car services.
  • Manage expenses and invoices related to the CFO's office.
  • Load digital documents onto the internal website and manage related tasks.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate the delivery of projects throughout the Finance organization.
  • Handle communications and employee notifications within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP or C-level executive in Finance or Healthcare Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong experience in calendar management, travel planning, expense management, and invoice management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Creative skills are a plus.
