About the position

The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Zoetis. This role involves managing budgets, reporting, project management, and facilitating communication within a fast-paced team environment. The position serves as a potential steppingstone to other HR roles within the organization, emphasizing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CHRO in managing operational projects.
  • Manage department budget.
  • Assist the HRLT in managing the operational aspects of HR processes, such as performance management, talent planning, and employee relations.
  • Initiate interdepartmental projects and provide project management assistance when necessary.
  • Organize and expedite workflow and initiate follow-up to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate projects, presentations, and reports for the CHRO as appropriate.
  • Manage HR team meetings including agenda development, meeting minute capture, and tracking action items.
  • Provide full range of administrative support including managing complex calendars and scheduling high-level meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with interest and/or experience in Human Resources a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience with the ability to carry out complex functions proficiently.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize work appropriately.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with poise and maturity.
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment and ability to handle confidential documents.
  • High-energy, self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Models administrative professionalism and remains calm under pressure.
  • Excellent customer interaction and influence skills.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical skills across business and personnel issues.

Nice-to-haves

  • Workday experience is a plus.
