About the position

The Executive Assistant will support a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic guidance. This role is essential in helping the owner achieve her personal and professional goals while maintaining a collaborative and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Daily communication providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and contractors.
  • Track orders with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Manage and oversee the work of other staff members as necessary.
  • Scheduling and calendar management.
  • Travel and expense management.
  • Personal and work email management.

Requirements

  • 4 years of Executive Assistant experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working one-on-one with a leader, keeping a consistent chain of communication.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Suite and Zoom.
  • Ability to work on a PC system.
  • Ability to navigate Project Management and POS platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the construction, building supply, or manufacturing industries is ideal.
