This position will be a full-time role, requiring 40 hours of work per week, and is located at 700 Ogilvie Street, Bossier City, LA. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as effective communication with clients is essential. We are looking for someone who is very tech-savvy and skilled in social media management, as these skills are crucial for the role. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and proactive, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and go above and beyond in their duties. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling files, coordinating with clients, managing paperwork, and organizing emails, phone calls, and meetings. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, performing data entry, and overseeing CRM management. Running errands may also be part of the job responsibilities. As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to complete a personality test after their resume has been reviewed. There will be a 90-day trial period to ensure a good fit for both the candidate and the employer.
