Responsibilities

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Use computers to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions promptly to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary via phone or email.
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including inspections, appraisals, open houses, and the final walkthrough, preventing conflicts when needed.
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry.

Requirements

  • Valid Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory).
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Prior administrative experience (desired).
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in light housekeeping or child care.
