As an Executive Assistant to the Regional President at PNC, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Regional President and the Client and Community Relations (CCR) team. This position is based in Toledo, OH, and requires a blend of in-office and fieldwork, with some responsibilities potentially performed remotely at the discretion of the manager. Your primary focus will be on managing the calendar of the Regional President, which includes advance planning, adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent requests, and handling incoming calendar invites and emails with appropriate judgment. You will also be responsible for determining when to seek input from executives or the team being supported. In addition to calendar management, you will support team and leadership meetings by coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual engagements. This includes ensuring the availability of necessary technology, distributing agendas, sharing slides, and assisting with note-taking and follow-up actions. You will also coordinate travel arrangements efficiently and accurately, managing all aspects of itineraries, including meeting times, transportation logistics, and expense reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Your role will extend to participating in volunteerism efforts and client events, which will involve interactions with employees and executive leadership. You will provide support for events, foundation grants, and the administration of market calendars, as well as managing PNC-owned tickets for client entertainment. Additionally, you will independently complete special projects and assignments that may include tactical execution items, professional presentations, information gathering, onboarding, and budget/process planning, all while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
