As the Executive Assistant to the Airport Integrated Operations Center (AIOC) at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), you will play a crucial role in supporting the AIOC Director and facilitating the smooth operation of the AIOC, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Communications Dispatch teams. This position is integral to the collaborative team responsible for managing airport operations, ensuring a seamless and responsive travel experience for all guests. The AIOC serves as a 24/7 nerve center, providing end-to-end visibility and operational control to enhance airport efficiency and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and secretarial support, managing communications, and coordinating various operational tasks to ensure the AIOC functions effectively. In this role, you will be expected to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders, including airport staff, vendors, contractors, and the public. You will handle inquiries, manage correspondence, and assist with onboarding new hires. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing conference room schedules, office supplies, and various administrative tasks, including tracking purchase orders and managing records. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring that all operational needs are met promptly and efficiently.
