About the position

Southridge Behavioral Health is an emerging health care facility dedicated to providing superior evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues. As part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is pivotal in managing the daily functions of the CEO, ensuring that the executive's schedule is organized and efficient. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion, as the Executive Assistant will handle confidential information and prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. In addition to administrative duties, the Executive Assistant will drive the Service Excellence programming in partnership with the CEO. This includes coordinating committee efforts, training staff on service expectations, and collaborating to address patient issues. The role also serves as the Medical Staff Liaison, coordinating schedules and communication between hospital administration, staff, and medical providers. The Executive Assistant will manage hospital bylaws, credentialing processes, and vendor contract management, ensuring compliance with all necessary standards and facilitating submissions as required. The Executive Assistant will also prepare and maintain hospital reports, manage appointments, and schedule committee meetings at the direction of the CEO and Vice President. This position will coordinate logistics for board meetings, senior leadership meetings, and other important events, and assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Participation in hospital committees may also be required as assigned. The essential job functions of this position are not limited to the duties listed above, and the Executive Assistant will be expected to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school education required.
  • Three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsers.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
