The Executive Assistant to the CFO at Qualtrics plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Finance Officer by managing schedules, handling sensitive information, and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs and priorities of the CFO, proactively addressing them to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication with the CFO and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and information flow.
  • Execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to evolving priorities and dynamic situations, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage all travel and logistics associated with the CFO's travel.
  • Own the schedule for the CFO by arranging meetings and ensuring effective time management.
  • Set and track agendas for meetings, take notes, and document decisions made in meetings.
  • Submit monthly expenses and provide other administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Experience in delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers.
