About the position

The position of Administrative Support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical role within the organization, designed to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CFO while embodying the Bank's mission, goals, and values. The individual in this role will act on behalf of the CFO and the Bank, ensuring that all communications and requests are handled with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the CFO's schedule, including reviewing and evaluating all requests and communications directed to the CFO. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, summarizing action items, and preparing responses or redirecting inquiries to the appropriate channels as necessary. In addition to managing the CFO's calendar, the Administrative Support will coordinate with the CFO to prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings. Following up on issues that require responses or actions is also a key responsibility. The role demands a high level of interpersonal skills, as the individual will represent the Bank and the CFO in interactions with various investors and their representatives, showcasing the warmth and hospitality that Towne is known for, whether in person or over the phone. Handling sensitive issues that require extreme confidentiality is a significant aspect of this role. The Administrative Support will also be expected to comply with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). This position is essential in ensuring that the CFO can focus on strategic initiatives while having confidence that administrative tasks are being managed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and evaluates all requests and communications to the CFO.
  • Schedules meetings, summarizes action items, prepares responses, and redirects inquiries as appropriate.
  • Prepares agendas for meetings in coordination with the CFO and takes minutes during meetings.
  • Follows up on issues requiring response or action as needed.
  • Represents Towne and the CFO with various investors and investor representatives, exhibiting warmth and hospitality.
  • Handles sensitive issues that require extreme confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Requirements
