About the position

We are seeking a confident, high-performing EA who is an excellent communicator, highly resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a hyper-growth, multicultural environment. This individual must manage fast-changing priorities with integrity, discretion, and a can-do mindset. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, encompassing special projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking and problem-solving. As the Chief People Officer's right-hand partner, you will play a vital role in the organization with high visibility into daily operations, working cross-functionally across the company. You’ll manage administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks for the Chief People Officer and the People organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex, global calendars and coordinating meetings reflecting key priorities and maximizing time efficiency.
  • Oversee team meetings: prepare materials, manage logistics, take detailed notes and follow up on action items proactively and independently.
  • Coordinate logistics for team on-sites, off-sites, and leadership meetings, attending in person as needed.
  • Plan and execute flawless international and domestic travel itineraries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and leadership team, ensuring priorities are met.
  • Lead special projects from concept to execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and the broader EA community to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Drive operational alignment and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and communications with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide backup administrative support to other senior executives as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the People team and a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience working in a multi-time zone, international environment.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
  • High discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Based in Silicon Valley, CA, and commutable to Redwood City.
