About the position

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for document creation, travel arrangements, and communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, create, and route documents and business plans for the CRO and the revenue and marketing team.
  • Create memoranda and reports, including confidential documents.
  • Compose routine correspondence and conduct research as needed.
  • Maintain records and files for the CRO, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate large meetings with C-Level executives at partner organizations.
  • Screen telephone calls and visitors, directing them appropriately.
  • Make travel arrangements and assist in scheduling meetings, including necessary facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain the CRO's calendar and make appointments as necessary.
  • Open, screen, and distribute mail and shipments, preparing outgoing correspondence as needed.
  • Compile data for status reports and conduct research for statistical reports.
  • Prepare expense reports and maintain confidentiality of corporate matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CRO.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting executives.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
  • Extensive experience in preparing presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts.
  • Energetic attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to provide after-hour and flexible support.
