About the position

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the College of Law Dean at the University of Utah plays a crucial role in supporting the Dean and the administrative team. This position involves managing the Dean's calendar, travel arrangements, and communication with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations within the College of Law. The EA will collaborate with other executive assistants and participate actively in the Administrative Resource Team, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Dean's calendar and travel schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants within the College of Law.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Participate in the Administrative Resource Team activities.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background with experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
