Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings, calls, and appointments; prioritize scheduling to maximize productivity.
  • Act as the first point of contact, manage email correspondence, and field inquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Assist with company initiatives, research, and project management, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and occasional personal trips.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings; document and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support company-wide initiatives and maintain efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools; experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
