About the position

The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of Japan Society will play a crucial role in providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position requires managing the President and CEO's Administrative Assistant and serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies regarding all matters related to the Office of the President. The Executive Assistant will also act as a liaison to the board of directors and the executive team, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts, as well as overseeing special projects. The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package equivalent to 35% of the annual salary, a flexible work model, and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities
