About the position

Novum Health is an established multi-state Behavioral Health company expanding into Utah, specifically Salt Lake City. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Market President of Utah. This role is crucial as we develop our new market presence, and the ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks. You will be the main point of contact for the Market President, assisting not only them but also the Company President and other executives as we grow our operations in Utah. This position offers the unique opportunity to work within a start-up environment backed by the stability of an established company, providing both excitement and security in your role. As the Executive Assistant, you will manage the President's calendar, serve as the liaison between the President and various stakeholders, and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. You will conduct research, compile data, and handle confidential information with discretion. General office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management will also be part of your responsibilities. This role requires someone who can adapt to a dynamic environment and be the go-to person for various tasks, ensuring smooth operations as we establish our presence in Utah. Your contributions will be key to our success in this new market, and you will have the opportunity to grow both locally and regionally as we expand our services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President's time and calendar.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.
  • Be the go-to person for almost everything at first.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Healthcare experience is a must.
  • Behavioral Health experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus amidst interruptions.
  • High level of accuracy in proofreading documents.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or strong Administrative Assistant.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with MS Office products.
