About the position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of our company. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage and maintain the President's schedule, which includes organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with presentations. Handling confidential information with discretion is crucial, as well as assisting in transcribing meeting minutes and other documents as needed. You will perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, coordinate and plan company events as required, and act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, you may be required to provide front desk reception duties when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the President's schedule, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in transcribing meeting minutes and other documents as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate and plan company events as required
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide front desk reception duties when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
  • Proficient in calendar management, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is a plus
  • Experience in event planning is desirable
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Outlook Calendar, and other office software

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (1 year preferred)
  • Ability to commute to Las Vegas, NV 89118 (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89118 before starting work (required)
