About the position

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at eWorld Enterprise Solutions, Inc. is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CTO while reporting directly to the Vice President. This role involves managing communication, scheduling, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient operations and positive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CTO.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CTO, managing correspondence and communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, managing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate executive-level meetings, including drafting agendas and creating meeting minutes.
  • Conduct research, create presentations, and manage project-related activities for the CTO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and minute-taking.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suites.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
