In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently. You will engage in Real Estate and Investing Transaction Management, showcasing great interpersonal skills while interacting with sellers, buyers, and title companies. Additionally, you will act as a personal assistant to the company owners, handling tasks such as arranging and scheduling personal and business travel. Regular use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, will be essential. You will also be responsible for general bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, and while extensive accounting/bookkeeping experience is not required, a basic understanding is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as mail collection and bill payments.
  • Manage marketing ads and properties in the portfolio.
  • Engage in Real Estate and Investing Transaction Management.
  • Interact with sellers, buyers, and title companies.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the company owners, arranging and scheduling personal and business travel.
  • Regular use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Schedule maintenance tasks with vendors and tenants.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of general office administration or real estate experience.
  • Prior experience in real estate or real estate transaction management is required.
  • Proficient in scheduling maintenance tasks with vendors and tenants.
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Suite, DropBox, and DocuSign.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Real Estate Investing Experience is a big plus.
  • Willingness to learn various Client and Property Management Software, such as AppFolio.
