In addition to calendar management, the Executive Assistant will be tasked with planning and coordinating meetings, which includes preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for the VP and multiple Senior Directors.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
