Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize computer literacy to manage office software applications effectively, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

Requirements
