The Executive Assistant position is a critical role within a well-known and stable organization, primarily focused on providing high-level administrative support to the department head and other staff members. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing multiple calendars and schedules, organizing staff meetings, and creating agendas to ensure that all meetings are productive and well-structured. In this role, the Executive Assistant will also be tasked with coordinating project proposals and recommending updates to departmental documents. This includes ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance of meetings, as well as taking and transcribing meeting minutes to track action items and follow up on tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support or possess an Associate's Degree, along with superb organizational and communication skills. This position reports directly to the head of the department, making it essential for the Executive Assistant to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
