About the position

The Worldwide Amazon Engineering Organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the WW Directors for Engineering & Innovation on the WW Last Mile team in Bellevue, Washington. This role is pivotal in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the Executive Assistant will handle confidential information and maintain professionalism while interacting with senior executives. The position requires managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of various sizes, and coordinating both domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility in a high-volume task environment. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, and managing multiple priorities. The ability to problem-solve and organize logistics is essential, as is the capacity to keep the Directors organized, prioritized, and on time. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for all areas and departments that intersect with the Directors' work, fostering excellent rapport with internal service providers and cross-functional teams. This position emphasizes the importance of insightful and knowledgeable communication to create a cooperative and communicative atmosphere within the organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience, or 3+ years of Amazon experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to design and improve processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
