The Administrative Assistant position at Denali in Rochester, New York, is a vital role that supports the daily operations of the office. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, handling phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will also provide support to the Marketing Department by assisting with administrative and financial billing tasks. This includes maintaining purchasing controls, coding purchase orders, and managing payroll time sheets. The work environment is primarily office-based, and the role requires sitting, typing, and computer use, with occasional bending and lifting as needed.
