The Executive Studio Assistant at Fox Labyrinth plays a crucial role in managing daily operations and providing comprehensive support to the CEO and lead piercer. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and provide comprehensive support to the CEO and lead piercer.
• Assist in creating, planning, and building the organization.
• Set ambitious yet realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborate with the CEO on studio productivity and performance metrics.
• Develop effective measurement tools to assess internal processes.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
• Foster strong customer relationships and support team members.
• Participate in studio operation reviews, safety audits, and process optimizations.
• Ensure studio compliance with regulatory agencies and assist with health and safety protocols.
• Address inquiries from customers and team members, resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of office administration or executive assistant experience
• At least 1 year of leadership and sales experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
