As an Executive Assistant at TEKsystems, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, which includes managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. In addition to administrative tasks, you will coordinate and organize meetings, which entails preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism is paramount in this role, as you will be privy to sensitive financial information. You will also assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, showcasing your ability to adapt and contribute to the team's goals. Your position will require you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CFO and SVP of Finance, making strong communication skills essential.
