We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at a premier company based in Madison Heights, MI. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and will involve a variety of administrative tasks that require a high level of professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant will primarily support the CEO but will also extend assistance to other C-suite members as needed. This position is hybrid, with in-office duties primarily in Madison Heights and occasional responsibilities in Clinton Township, MI. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, and maintaining confidential executive files and messages. This includes arranging complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings. The role also involves coordinating and moderating corporate meetings, both virtually and in-person, and communicating with the support staff of the Board of Directors. In addition to these tasks, the Executive Assistant will compose company-wide correspondence, formulate reports, and create professional presentations. The ability to prioritize conflicting needs of the CEO is essential, as is the capacity to handle matters expeditiously and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under deadline pressures. The Executive Assistant will also act as a champion for reinforcing overall team culture and local community engagement, partnering with other C-suite members and HR to provide support with various tasks, travel, and meal coordination. Special projects and initiatives that support on-site needs will also be part of the responsibilities.
