About the position

The Executive Assistant at Prism Biotech will play a crucial role in supporting C-level professionals by managing executive administrative functions and handling new business processing. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a small office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining client files, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with executive administrative functions for C-level professionals.
  • Handle new business processing for the firm.
  • Manage an ever-changing calendar for executives.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for client calls.
  • Maintain client files utilizing PaperClip Electronic Filing Systems.
  • Update client information in the CRM (SmartOffice).
  • Prepare and submit new account paperwork and applications.
  • Follow up on underwriting and outstanding requirements.
  • Run inforce illustrations and create spreadsheets as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Customer Service Associate.
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to use multiple systems simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • New business experience preferred, but not required.
  • Some experience with SmartOffice CRM, PaperClip Electronic Filing, Box Electronic Storage, DocuSign, and Quicken.
