Responsibilities

  • Oversee Executive Leadership’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary liaison for employees, vendors, and stakeholders, handling correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and track office performance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with ongoing initiatives, research, and the implementation of new office procedures.
  • Provide assistance across different locations and departments as needed.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by Executive Leadership as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience managing schedules, communication, and multi-location operations.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or the dental industry is a plus but not required.
  • Preferably a college degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
