The Executive Assistant position is a part-time role designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in administrative support. This role involves working closely with a commercial real estate broker/investor, managing various administrative tasks, and providing support both in-person and remotely. Responsibilities

  • Assist with CRM management and organization
  • Track and organize deal flow, files, and new contacts
  • Coordinate and set tasks, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Identify and implement systems and tools to increase productivity
  • Meet in person a few times per week for task updates, document handoffs and planning
  • Provide remote administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and office software (Google Sheets, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Own laptop, smartphone, and internet access
