Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Take accurate minutes and notes during meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Represent the Provost's office in communications and interactions with faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Resolve unexpected or unprecedented situations independently in the absence of the Provost.
  • Analyze procedural problems and develop, recommend, and evaluate solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and administrative work experience in public administration principles and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
