About the position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at Credence Funding Corporation! In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of the company. This is a full-time position that requires you to be in the office from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the administrative needs of the Executive, which includes communicating and developing business policies and procedures with employees, receiving visitors, and training staff on updated policies and procedures. You will also maintain and order supplies, oversee the company's Quality Control and Compliance Program, and work closely with our third-party vendor to file various business reports and applications. Your responsibilities will extend to completing state regulatory examinations and various other high-level tasks, participating in complete examinations by FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and warehouse lenders, and completing monthly call reports. You will be tasked with pulling background checks for new employees, keeping personnel files updated, tracking employee time, and answering questions employees may have regarding health insurance, time off, and deductions. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping state licenses and bonds for 17 jurisdictions updated, managing the company mailbox, and contacting the property manager for any necessary repairs. You will also update all compliance information for the upcoming year, maintain internal spreadsheets, and file the company’s E&O insurance and Fidelity Bonds annually.
