About the position

The Executive Assistant will serve as the strategic right hand to a founder managing multiple ventures in AI, marketing, and technology. This role requires an exceptional operator who can thrive in high-velocity environments, transforming chaos into clarity and ensuring smooth operations across various companies.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex scheduling across international time zones, including VC meetings, team syncs, and strategic partnerships
• Navigate and prioritize competing demands from multiple companies and stakeholders
• Transform scattered information into actionable insights and organized systems
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they surface
• Shield and optimize the founder's time to enable focus on strategic initiatives
• Coordinate seamlessly between technical teams, clients, and executive stakeholders
• Manage critical documentation for high-stakes business processes
• Maintain perfect organization across multiple company contexts
• Drive special projects from ideation to execution
• Adapt quickly as priorities shift and new opportunities emerge

Requirements

• Proven ability to create order from chaos in fast-paced environments
• Track record of anticipating needs and solving problems independently
• Excellence in context switching and managing concurrent urgent priorities
• History of implementing systems that stick
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for different audiences
• Advanced Excel mastery (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Exceptional presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace
• Experience with modern project management tools
• Proficiency with video conferencing and digital collaboration platforms
• Unflappable under pressure with exceptional judgment and discretion
