About the position

We are seeking a sharp and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our dynamic and exciting company. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the success of our executives. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Office 2010, particularly in Word, Excel (with a focus on Pivot Tables and V Lookups), PowerPoint, and Outlook, will be critical in executing these tasks effectively. You will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders both internally and externally.   • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting Director and C-Level Executives (including CFO/CEO).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional demeanor suitable for a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work in a support role and maintain flexibility with hours.
