About the position

We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Sherman Oaks, California. This role involves working in the Financial Services industry and requires a keen understanding of various software and systems. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity that will involve managing a wide range of administrative tasks, utilizing communication skills, and working with various software tools. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing high-level administrative support to executives and other team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. In this position, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for utilizing the ADP - Financial Services system for various administrative tasks, coordinating and scheduling meetings via Cisco Webex Meetings, and managing expenses and travel bookings using Concur. The role also includes maintaining and updating customer relationship data in the CRM, working with the Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate record keeping, and utilizing the 'About Time' software for efficient time management. Effective calendar management is essential to ensure smooth operations, and the Executive Assistant will be expected to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate and facilitate conference calls as required, and handle correspondence professionally and promptly.
