About the position

SkyRidge Development is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two Managing Directors within a dynamic resort community development project in the Greater Park City Area. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of organizational and administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing, and executing special projects. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Managing Directors can focus on their strategic responsibilities by managing their calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence with discretion and professionalism. This position involves high-level administrative support, project management, and personal assistance, requiring a candidate with extensive experience in executive support and a strong understanding of office operations. The successful candidate will also participate in executive team meetings, take minutes, and monitor business deadlines to ensure that all commitments are met in a timely manner. In addition to administrative duties, the Executive Assistant will serve as the Office Administrator, managing office supplies, preparing for meetings, and addressing various office matters. The role demands a collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently to resolve issues and improve operational efficiencies. Candidates should possess a high level of computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative, project, and personal support to the Managing Directors.
  • Manage email, phone calls, and other requests with discretion and initiative.
  • Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete, and properly handled.
  • Organize and maintain active calendars for the Executives, managing calendar conflicts effectively.
  • Coordinate activities, events, conferences, and complex Executive meetings both on and off-site.
  • Attend Executive Team meetings and take meeting minutes as an adjunct member of the team.
  • Monitor business and reporting deadlines for the Executives, ensuring they are known and met.
  • Serve as the Office Administrator, handling all office support needs including meeting preparation and office supplies.
  • Identify situations requiring immediate escalation and exercise precise judgment.
  • Manage confidential business correspondence and ensure administrative detail on all projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in office administration and managing executive support.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of competing tasks.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to start projects and work unsupervised.
  • Collaborative approach with appreciation for teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced situations and think creatively.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and editorial skills.
  • High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to identify methods and best practices to improve office operational efficiencies.
  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
