This role is pivotal in supporting our executive team at our newly opened expansion office in Boca Raton. Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily calendar management
  • Email management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, meals and car rental reservations
  • Order and maintain stock of office supplies
  • Prepare and review documents including PowerPoint presentations and prepare and review analyses in Excel
  • Coordinate and/or prepare reports and other materials for meetings
  • Provide assistance with special projects and events as required
  • Basic Bookkeeping Services
  • Answer phone calls
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office
  • Provide support with personal tasks and errands for the President as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum level of education: high school diploma. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant
  • Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks required
  • Expert knowledge of Windows and all Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of English and French, both oral and written, required
  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of salesforce.com system is not required but would be an asset
