Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for Partners, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are organized and available.
  • Act as a liaison between Partners and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the Partners in their daily operations.

Requirements
