This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include managing complex calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-Level executives in larger organizations. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also handle document management, including the preparation of confidential correspondence and reports. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the assistant will regularly interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is essential, as is a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. In addition to administrative duties, the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide personal assistance as needed, which may include community support and involvement in philanthropic activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership in their work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
