In addition to calendar management, the Executive Assistant will develop reports and presentations, track and monitor project timelines, and assist in coordinating company events and operational projects. The role also requires identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining administrative operations to enhance efficiency. Handling confidential business documents with professionalism is crucial, as is acting as the point of contact for team meetings, visitors, and special projects. The Executive Assistant will also provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting coordination for the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative or operational experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with global calendaring and project management in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, MS Forms, OneDrive, and Workday.
