About the position

Robert Half has upcoming opportunities for experienced Executive Assistants. The Executive Assistant will report directly to and support director level, vice-presidents, and C-level executives. As an EA, you will be the right hand of the executive team, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing critical assistance to the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf. You will also maintain comprehensive and accurate records, perform minor accounting duties, and organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner, welcome visitors, and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department. Your ability to manage the executive's time and priorities will be crucial to the success of the executive team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting one or more executives
