The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Clinical Officer of Optum Health, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication within the executive's office. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA will manage complex calendars and scheduling, including meetings series, urgent requests, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing conflicting needs to ensure efficient time management. Additionally, the EA will act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts, screen and prioritize communications, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The role also involves organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, and assisting with presentations and research as needed. The EA will coordinate detailed travel itineraries and manage the executive's expenses, ensuring timely submission of expense reports and adherence to policies.
