The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support to the Vice President of External Manufacturing & Supply, Specialty Care, and the Senior Vice President of External Manufacturing & Supply Technical Operations. This role requires flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to achieve goals and deliverables. In this position, the Executive Assistant will be accountable for providing professional, urgent, and excellent execution of administrative support to the V.P. of External Manufacturing & Supply, Specialty Care. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meeting logistics, departmental communications, and ownership of MS Teams and SharePoint sites. The Executive Assistant will also arrange business travel, troubleshoot travel conflicts, and generate detailed itineraries, including coordinating office support needs in satellite locations. Additionally, the role involves managing expense reporting, supporting staff recruiting, and assisting in the preparation of business review materials for meetings. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize tasks while handling sensitive and confidential information. They should be able to work in a changing environment, build relationships across the organization, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential due to interactions with senior members of the organization and key external partners and suppliers. The Executive Assistant will also need to demonstrate problem-solving abilities and accountability for project coordination and management.
