About the position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to the CEO and other executives, managing calendars, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination among the executive team and other staff members. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. In this role, you will manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and booking confirmations. You will also handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and answering phones when executives are unavailable. Utilizing Google Suite and Microsoft Office, you will manage and organize documents and data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will oversee and manage customer credit applications, processing them accurately and efficiently, while maintaining and updating customer credit records. The Executive Assistant will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed, resolving customer inquiries and providing prompt and efficient service. Data entry tasks will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all records.
